Troubleshooting: Two-step authentication

Having trouble logging in? Here are the most common problems and how to fix them.


I lost my phone. How do I log in?

Don't worry! Here is what to do:

  1. Log in to Celery using a backup code. You will receive this code on your registered phone number. How to do that →
  2. Then turn off the connection with your old phone. How to turn that off →
  3. Finally, set up two-step login on your new phone. How to set that up →

My verification code is not working. What now?

This is usually caused by the time setting on your phone. If you set the time manually, the code may not match.

Here is how to fix it:

  1. Go to the settings on your phone.
  2. Set the time to automatic — let your network set the time for you.
  3. Try logging in again.
