Can I hide HR information from my payroll provider?
Yes, absolutely! You can keep all HR information completely hidden from your payroll service provider.
Please note: You need company user rights to set this up. Your payroll service provider can give you these rights. More information can be found in our explanation about the company user.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to Employer
- Click Integrations
- Click Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Turn off the option(s) you would like to restrict

Once that's off, your payroll provider won't be able to see or use any HR information at all.
