What is the HRM Time-Off Policies folder exactly for?

This folder comes standard with two policies, see print screen below. But you can create as many other policies as you want.


The two policies that are included are used most often. The Vacation Policy is based on 15 vacation days (120 hours) per year. If your company applies another number of vacation hours per year, you just have to change this number in the policy.


Please note: you still do have to assign certain employees to these policies yourself. If you just activated the HRM-module no employees are assigned yet. You can assign employees by opening this policy and go to 'Policy applies to', or you can go to the Employee folder and assign the employees there to a Time-Off Policy.
