How do I enter and process employees that are paid by the hour?

These are often employees who work on the basis of a on-call contract or a zero-hour contract.

Instead of a fixed monthly salary, you have to enter a fixed gross hourly wage with this employee. Instead of 'per month', set 'per hour'. The number of days and hours per week can then be left to zero.

After that, you can enter the number of hours actually worked during Processing at the relevant employees, which hours will then be paid out.

What is important in Curacao and St. Maarten payrolls is that the SVB/SZV ZV premium will not be applied because of the number of working days per week is set at zero. If it is desirable for this hourly wage earner to pay ZV premium (for example, because this employee is working on a five or six-day work week), the number of working days should be 5 or 6 days and the ZV premium should be switched on. The number of hours per week may remain 'zero'.
