The Process button is not available, why is that?
Are there maybe open invoices older than 30 days? Our payment term is payment within 14 days.
As soon as you pay the open invoice(s) and we see the payment in our bank, your account will be reactivated again. If your account has to be reactivated earlier, you should pay by credit card. After that it will immediately be reactivated. Or you can send us proof of payment by bank transfer so we can reactivate your account again manually.
