Setting up the basis for the vacation allowance and the bonus/13th-month accruals

It is possible to set the basis for the vacation pay, bonus, and 13th-month salary accruals yourself.


You can set up reservations based on a percentage of:

• fixed salary only

• fixed employee data

• specific wage codes 


Fixed salary only

The premium is based on the actual paid salary under wage codes 10 and 20.



Fixed employee data

The premium will be based on the gross wage, hours per day, and working days per week as registered in the fixed employee data. Therefore, the actual wage paid is irrelevant.


Specific wage codes

The premium will be based on the amounts of the chosen wage codes in each pay run. You can select the wage codes yourself.
