What exactly does the 'Add public holidays' option do?

You will receive this option during the Financial year switch to the new year.

If you choose this option, the public holidays already added from the current year will be carried over to the new financial year. This way you don't have to add them manually afterwards.

At the same time during the financial year switch, it is also checked whether the option 'Push to future years' has been activated within the details of a holiday and if that is the case, these holidays will also be connected directly to the linked time-off policies.
