Years in Service:

If you have employees who gain leave days when they are employed longer, simply link these employees to the standard number of leave days to which they are entitled.

In addition, you link the employee to a separate arrangement for service time.

You can create as many service time arrangements as you like. Below is an example of a service time arrangement for employees who receive an extra day when they have been employed for 5 years.

Management:

If you have employees who get leave days added because they hold a management position, simply link these employees to the standard number of leave days to which they are entitled.

In addition, you link the employee to a separate scheme for management.

You can create as many schemes as you like. Below is an example of an arrangement for employees who receive two days extra when they hold a management position. The advantage of such an arrangement is that when the employee no longer holds this position, only this arrangement needs to be discontinued.

Senior (age):

Suppose you have older employees who are required to work one hour less per week starting at age 60. You can then make an arrangement for reduced working hours.

Other:

As you can read, various schemes can be created. Try to create as many standard arrangements as possible and not an arrangement for 1 person.

Do you have a scheme that you are unsure about how to set up? Please send an E-mail with the scheme to [email protected] and ask how it can best be set up.
