Add a new wage code with balance
When you want a new wage code with balance, you can duplicate wage code 860.
It is possible to create a wage code per employee, but is not recommended.
Try to use wage codes per item, for example deduction xxx so you can use that wage code for several employees.
In report 6 you see the specification per employee.
In employee / salary / fixed wge codes you can add a new wage code with balance:
The instalment amount is the amount that every month wil be deducted from the salaries until the Balance is reached.
In the ongoing process you can change the amount for just that month. The next month the standard of 250,00 will be deducted again.
