What is the category employee ‘supervisory director’ used for?
This category can only be selected in a Suriname payroll.
A Supervisory Director is a person who has a seat on a supervisory committee, e.g. someone who is responsible on behalf of the shareholders for supervising and advising the management of a company.
We created this employee category because on the annual statement (in Dutch: Jaaropgave) the total wages of the Supervisory Director have to mentioned separately from all other taxable salary.
