What does Celery do with a employer contribution in de AOV premium in a Suriname payroll?
Celery offers the possibility that employers can contribute in (a part of) the AOV premium. In that case the employee contribution will decrease or be nil.
In case the employer is paying (a part of) the AOV premium, this employer contribution will be added to the taxable salary. This will result in an increase of the Wage Tax deduction.
