How do I generate the yearly digital CSV/XML summary wage sheet (Verzamelloonstaat, VZL) for the Tax Authorities?
Please go to Reports, Annual reports and choose report number 13.
After that select the correct year and click on the button 'export' and choose the option 'CSV for Tax Authorities'. In Aruba payroll this option is called 'XML for Tax Authorities'.
Than click on 'generate' and 'download' and the file will be saved in your download folder on your PC. This is the digital file that has to be filed at the Tax Authorities.
Please do not open the file before you upload it to the website of the Tax Authorities. Some cells might change by opening the file that will make the file unreadable and unable to upload.
So please, do not select the 'CSV' file option but the 'CSV for Tax Authorities' option.
