I want to continue processing or close an open pay run from a colleague. What can I do?

You have 4 options:


1) you ask your colleague to close the open run him-/herself. After all, he/she can log in via the internet. after that you can reopen the run and possibly change it;


2) you ask your colleague for his/her password and then log in under his/her name and close the pay run;


3) Process the employees later. If you do this with all the employees, the run will be gone because there are no employees to process.


4) you remove your colleague and user in Celery as Account User in Celery in Account/Users. You will then be asked which other user should take over the open pay runs from your colleague (see link below). Then you can select yourself, after which you can process and finalize the pay run yourself.

The last option has the disadvantage that the Celery account of your colleague must be re-created afterwards.
