Can an employer pay the full AOV/AWW, AZV, AVBZ and BVZ premium?

Yes, that is possible. As result hereof the net salary will increase because the employee is not paying the employee part anymore.

In case the employer is paying the full AVBZ and BVZ premium, the net salary will increase with the amount of employee premium that are not deducted anymore.

In case the AOV/AWW and AZV premiums are fully paid by the employer, the base salary for wage tax and Wage Tax will increase.

Instead of having paid the premiums fully by the employer, Celery also gives the possibility to enter another percentage employer contribution between the minimum and maximum employer contribution.
