Can Celery automatically create SZV mutation forms?

Yes! Celery can do this for you.

What is an SZV mutation form? It's a form you send to SZV (the social insurance office) when something changes — like a new employee starting, someone leaving, or a salary change.

Where do you find it in Celery? Go to Reports → Periodic Reports. Look for:

  • C24 — for Curaçao
  • S24 — for St. Maarten

The S24 is the digital version of the blue SZV form. It has the same 13 columns as the paper form you already know.

How does it work? Celery looks at your last payroll run and compares it to the one before. If anything changed — a new hire, a resignation, a salary update — it automatically adds that to the report.

How to set it up (once)?

  1. Go to Employer → Reports after closing pay run
  2. Add the S24 (or C24) as a standard report

After that, Celery creates the report automatically every time you run payroll. No manual work needed.

Is the form accepted by SZV? Yes. SZV has approved the layout. You just need to:

  1. Print the report
  2. Sign it
  3. Hand it in to SZV

One important tip: Always ask SZV to stamp your copy and give it back to you. Keep that stamped copy for your records.
