My account is (partially) blocked and I cannot do any processing

When your Celery account has been deactivated, it is probably due to one or more invoices not being paid within the agreed payment period.

An account can also be deactivated when our invoices are not paid in full, for instance because you use another conversion factor for US Dollars than Celery states on its invoices, or when you have not paid for transaction costs.

You can activate Celery by paying the total amount due. The quickest way to reactivate your account is payment by credit card. This will immediately result in a fully functional account. If you choose to pay your invoice through bank transfer, it could take several days before we have received your payment and, therefore, have reactivated your account.
