Our company is inactive and has no employees in service any more, but we have to generate and file nil declarations. How do I do that?

You can create a dummy employee, or activate an existing employee (by not entering and end date). After that you can generate a pay run for this employee for the month required, and choose 'Process as nil' for this employee. See print screen below.

After that please continue the pay run processing proces and Finalize this pay run. After that Celery will generate nil declarations and save them in Documents. These declarations will show only zeros.

This actions can be executed without any charges of Celery, because no pay slips is generated.
