I see an employer called Makaio ImpEx in my Celery account. How is that possible?
During creating a free Celery trial account, users have to choose if they want to create an empty account or an account with a demo-employer. This demo-employer is called Makaio ImpEx.
Later when the trial account is upgraded to a regular paid account, Celery asks the user if this demo-employer has to be removed or not. If not, this demo-employer will be saved in the account and pay runs that have been processed will end up in a Celery invoice. Sometimes users do save this demo-employer because the employer and employee data has been changed to their own data.
What also happens on a regular basis is that Company users or Employees want to login in their account, but instead of entering their Company user or Employee account they create a new free trial account on our website with this demo-employer. However, this is not the correct way to enter their account. These Company users and Employees have to remove this account themselves in Account/remove account (in the right of the screen).
